Boy Movies is sick in bed
My annual plea for inspiration
Welcome to Boy Movies! As the title of this post would suggest, I am sick in bed, so I have nothing for you in terms of a new issue today. I have of course heard the staggering news that the morally corrupt Sam Mendes plans on turning the lives of the Beatles into four separate movies for some godforsaken reason, and I did watch the J.Lo “movie” This Is Me…Now: A Love Story — my thoughts on which I will share when I’m not, as I said, sick in bed. But in my continued effort to keep this operation going EVEN IN TIMES OF STRIFE, I turn to my always obliging readers. That’s right… I’m putting out another call for suggestions.
The last time I did this, I received so many excellent suggestions and questions, which inspired some, dare I say, fun issues. So here I go again! If there’s anything you want to see Boy Movies cover in the near future — movies, of course, but specific actors/directors/whatevers, or any questions that fall within my purview — please do let me know. I always like to hear what people actually enjoy reading/would like to see more of because it helps keep Boy Movies fresh, and because if I were left to my own devices I would simply write 500 issues in a row about the inner lives of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. And nobody wants to see that.

I would (earnestly) like 300 issues of Matt and Ben, please! Lots of ground to cover still, like the ill-fated revival of Project Greenlight, the Kevin Smith years, the Mindy Kaling play.... anything you publish, I will read and forward <3
